Sam's Club-  Open House & Opportunity to Save $10 on Membership

Sam's Club is extending an invitation to all District employees to attend an Open House at its Council Bluffs location. There are two dates you may attend the Open House, it will be held on November 14th from 12:00- 8:00 pm and November 15th from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. This is an opportunity for District employees to renew their membership or enroll in Sam's Club Group Membership Program. District employees who present this invitation will receive a goodie bag from Sam's Club.  Also, whether you are able to attend the Open House or not, any District employee wanting to renew or enroll in the Membership Program can do so at Sam's Club's Member Services from November 1st to December 31st. The annual dues will be $30.00, which is a savings of $10 off the normal dues.

Half Price Books - 20% Discount to Teachers and Librarians

Half Price Books will be giving a 20% discount in honors of Teacher and Librarian Appreciation Week. The sale will going on the weekend of Friday October 17th through Sunday October 19th. Be sure to bring your teacher ID to sign you up for the Teacher/Librarian discount of 10% for future purchases throughout the year. YMCA -Free Registration from October 1st until November 1st

The YMCA will waive the $75 registration fee for your membership.  This offer is for the entire month of October.   This extends to you and your family, so they will receive free registration also.  The offer applies to any YMCA in the Greater Omaha area including Council Bluffs.  You must provide proof of employment to receive this discount.
