Philosophy 

The Council Bluffs Community Schools recognizes that individuals constantly utilize mathematical skills in today's society.  The secondary mathematics program, with the support of the parents and community, seeks to develop citizens with competent 
mathematical and problem solving skills for today and the future.  In order to accomplish our goals, instruction should take place at the appropriate rate, quantity, and sequence.
