I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by President Gina Primmer at 4:08 p.m.

II. ROLL CALL

Members Present: Marvin Arnpriester, Dave Coziahr, J.J. Harvey, Janine Headen, Mark McGee, Glen Mitchell and Gina Primmer.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

Moved by J.J. Harvey :Seconded by Mark McGee

Voting in Favor: J.J. Harvey, Janine Headen, Dave Coziahr, Mark McGee, Glen Mitchell and Gina Primmer.

IV. CLOSED SESSION

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Council Bluffs Community School District hold a closed session as provided in Section 21.5(1)(i) of the Open Meetings Law to evaluate the professional competency of individuals whose appointment is being considered for the position of Superintendent to prevent needless and irreparable injury to those individuals' reputations, as those individuals have requested a closed session.

Moved by Marvin Arnpriester : Seconded by Glen Mitchell

Voting in Favor: J.J. Harvey, Janine Headen, Dave Coziahr, Mark McGee, Glen Mitchell and Gina Primmer.

The Board went into Closed Session at 4:08 p.m.

Recess taken at 5:19 p.m.

Returned to Closed Session at 5:23 p.m.

V. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION FROM CLOSED SESSION

The Board returned to Open Session at 6:10 p.m.

V. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, President Primmer declared the meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
