IV. RECEIVE AND DISCUSS INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE FIRE SAFETY REPORT RECEIVED BY THE DISTRICT FOR USE OF THE GLENDALE BUILDING AS THE ALTERNATE SITE FOR CRESCENT ELEMENTARY FOR THE 2006-07 SCHOOL YEAR.

Presentation was given by Neal Evans, Supervisor of Facilities, Maintenance and Custodial Services.

V. CLOSED SESSION

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Council Bluffs Community School District hold a closed session as provided in Section 21.5(1)(i) of the Open Meetings Law to evaluate the professional competency of individuals whose appointment is being considered for the position of Interim Superintendent to prevent needless and irreparable injury to those individuals' reputations, as those individuals have requested a closed session.
