I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by President Gina Malloy at 6:00 p.m.

II. ROLL CALL

Members Present: Marvin Arnpriester, Melanie Bates, Janine Headen, Mark McGee and Gina Malloy

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

IV. CLOSED SESSION

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Council Bluffs Community School District hold a closed session as provided in Section 21.5(1)(i) of the Open Meetings Law to evaluate the professional competency of individuals whose appointment is being considered for the position of Interim Superintendent to prevent needless and irreparable injury to those individuals' reputations, as those individuals have requested a closed session.

V. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION FROM CLOSED SESSION

The Board returned from Closed Session at 9:03 p.m.

There being no further business, President Gina Malloy declared the meeting adjourned at 9:04 p.m.
