The meeting was called to order by President Gina Malloy at 6:00 p.m.

Members Present: Marvin Arnrpiester, Melanie Bates (6:10 p.m.), Mark Brandenburg, Dave Coziahr, Janine Headen, Mark McGee and Gina Malloy.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda be amended to include Public Participation after Item IV.
