The meeting was called to order by President Gina Malloy at 6:30 p.m.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

IV. CONSIDER SUPERINTENDENT'S RETIREMENT LETTER AND HIS REQUEST FOR A RELEASE FROM HIS CONTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board accepts the Superintendent's letter of Retirement.
