I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by President Marvin Arnpriester at 4:00 P.M.

Members Present:  Bobbette Behrens, Pam Collins, Marilyn Heider (4:15 p.m.), Gina Malloy, Mark McGee, Mark Peterson and Marvin Arnpriester.

BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

BE IT RESOLVED that a Closed Session, as provided in Section 20.17(3) of the Code of Iowa, be conducted for a strategy meeting of a public employer concerning employees covered by collective bargaining agreement.

The Board returned to Open Session at 4:50 P.M.

There being no further business, President Marvin Arnpriester declared the meeting adjourned at 4:51 P.M.
