· Annual Report was presented by Diane Ostrowski, Supervisor of Community Services.
Janine Headen addressed the Board.XI. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS SCHOOL SITES

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors awards Bid#02-025 for Security/Surveillance Systems for Abraham Lincoln, Walnut Grove, Edison, and Carter Lake to Barone Security at a total cost of $44,307.00.Moved by Francis Clark :Seconded by Rick Killion

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the following consent items:XIII. ADJOURNMENTA. Awards Bid #02-026 for Electrical Switchgear, Transformers and Panels for Abraham Lincoln High School to Interstate Electric Supply Co. at a total cost of $22,100.
B. Approves the completion and final payment of the Kirn Junior High and Abraham Lincoln High School Track Resurfacing Project. As per Chapter 573 of the Code of Iowa, the final retainage will be paid at the end of thirty days if there are no claims on file.
