The meeting began at 12:00 p.m. at Franklin Elementary High School beginning with the Board eating school lunch with the students.  The Board then proceeded with their meeting with Donnette Kremke-Bastian, Principal of Franklin Elementary School, leading a discussion on their Building Improvement Plan and their Master Facilities Plan.

The meeting ended at 1:05 p.m.

Board Members in attendance: Francis Clark, Cathy Ryba, Dave Strom and Marvin Arnpriester.

Christie, Superintendent of Schools; Greg Rodgers, Executive Director of Finance; Diane Ostrowski, Supervisor of Community Services; Neal Evans, Supervisor of Facilities, Maintenance and Custodial Services; Donnette Kremke-Bastian, Principal of Franklin Elementary School; Beth Matters, Reading Recovery/Literacy Strategist at Franklin Elementary School; Priscilla Bowden, Reading Recovery/Literacy Strategist at Franklin Elementary School; Chris Poole, Media Specialist at Franklin Elementary School and Janine Headen and her daughter.
