B. Gratefully acknowledges and accepts the gift of paper products made to Lewis & Clark Elementary School from the Omaha Paper Company.
C. Gratefully acknowledges and accepts the gift of paper products made to Lewis & Clark Elementary School from US Office Products.
D. Gratefully acknowledges and accepts the gift of classroom games, playground balls, printer cartridges, and $150 to Crescent Elementary School from Woodmen of the World.
E. Gratefully acknowledges and accepts the gift of school supplies to the students of the Council Bluffs Community School District from the Zonta Club Members.
F. Approves the Special Education placements as presented on Page 7.
G. Approves the Easement Agreement with the City of Crescent for Sanitary Sewer Lines as presented.
H. Authorizes the administration to utilize the bid award covered under Bid #00-009 to purchase another new Gestetner 3255 for Abraham Lincoln High School at a cost of $11,295.00. Service will be handled on a time and material basis with the labor rate being $84.00 per hour.

Christie, Superintendent of Schools; Greg Rodgers, Executive Director of Finance; Diane Ostrowski, Supervisor of Community Services; Dr. John Keiter, Supervisor of Personnel Services; Dr. Jo Campbell, Assistant Superintendent of Schools; Roger Williams, Supervisor of Secondary Education; and Janet Reiners, Personnel Specialist.
Also in attendance were Chris Fink, President of the Council Bluffs
Education Association; Randi Kennedy, President-Elect of the Council Bluffs
Education Association; Jan Hopper, Associate at Lewis & Clark Elementary
School; Janine Headen, and Bruce Nelson with The Daily Nonpareil.
