I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by President Mark Peterson at 6:10 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Members Present:  Marvin Arnrpiester (6:30), Francis Clark, Randy Ewing, Ken Petersen, Cathy Ryba, and Mark Peterson.
Members Absent:  Dave Strom

Also in attendance were Richard H. Christie and Vic Cottrell.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

Moved by Cathy Ryba         : Seconded by Ken Petersen
(Voice Vote: In Favor: 5)

There being no further business, President Mark Peterson declared the meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
