I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by President Mark Peterson at 6:00 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Members Present:  Marvin Arnrpiester, Francis Clark, Randy Ewing, Ken Petersen, Cathy Ryba, Dave Strom and Mark Peterson.
Also in attendance were Richard H. Christie and Vic Cottrell.
III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda as submitted be approved.

V. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Mark Peterson declared the meeting adjourned at 9:02 p.m.
