Welcome to the New College View Elementary School...

College View Elementary will open for the first day of school on August 17, 2011 at the intersection of College Road and Valley View Drive in Council Bluffs. The new elementary school will serve students in preschool through 5th grades in an eastern portion of the school district. Click here to download the school's attendance area map.

New Students are Invited to enroll for College View Elementary any time this summer at the District's Educational Service Center, 12 Scott Street, or at the New Student Registration Open House on August 3rd, from noon-6:30 p.m.

College View Elementary School is a candidate school* for the Primary Years Programme. This school is pursuing authorization as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that College View Elementary School believes is important for our students.

*Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its three academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), or the Diploma Programme (and in addition the IB Career-related Certificate).
